How is the jewellery made ?

Accepted Answer

Your jewellery is made from resin, the ashes or hair is encapsulated into the liquid resin, once set the ashes or hair cannot be removed.

I have placed an order what happens next ?

Once an order is placed I will send you out an order pack, this will be posted within two working days.

How long will my order take ?

Orders can usually be completed within the week, I will update if any longer is needed.

Caring for your jewellery

Accepted Answer

It is recommended that you use a silver polishing cloth to clean your silver, be careful not to use it on the resin.

Remove any jewellery before showering / bathing, swimming

Remove before using any household cleaning products, and chemicals, using hairsprays, perfumes, cosmetics, hand sanitisers, exposure to solvents can break down and damage the resin.

Keep away from strong uv rays, this can cause your jewellery to fade, yellow, and even soften the resin.

Do I get a certificate of authenticity ?

Accepted Answer

Yes certificates are included with the ashes jewellery, unless stated on the listing, I do not have a certificate for hair.
