Place your order
Choose your favourite piece of jewellery and personalise it to create something truly unique to you and your memories.

wait for your ashes pack
I'll prepare and send your ashes pack to you, along with simple instructions to guide you through the process.

Return your ashes pack
When you're ready, carefully prepare your ashes pack by following the instructions provided and send it back to me.
I recommend using a tracked postal service so you can follow its journey and have added peace of mind while it's on its way.
Please only send your ashes once you're happy and comfortable to do so. There's no need to rush.

Your jewellery is lovingly handcrafted
Once your ashes pack arrives safely with me, I'll begin creating your special piece of jewellery.
Each order is individually handcrafted with care, patience and attention to detail, knowing just how much your keepsake means to you.
My usual turnaround time is 3–10 days from receiving your ashes pack. During particularly busy or holiday periods, this may take a little longer.

Once your jewellery is complete, I'll carefully package your finished keepsake and send it out to you.
